Benjamim Nandja is the SPEED+ Finance and Administrative Director
Benjamim has accumulated more than 20 years of work experience in areas such as: Accounting, Auditing, Financial Management, Human Resources and Taxation, Including 12 years of leadership in area of Administration and Finance with responsibility for designing and ensuring the implementation of policies, procedures and systems control.
He has 11 years of experience working in an industrial company and many years with humanitarian’s organizations as Finance Manager. He also gains a large experience in different fields while working as an external auditor in an international audit firm. Benjamim also have experience with government agencies such as Ministry of Finance and Ministry of Energy where he was involved in Economical analysis, proposal writing to establish standard prices for basic products at the national level.
Benjamim has completed forty credits in the Accounting and Auditing Master program at Universidade Sao Tomas de Mocambique. He holds a University degree in Administration and Business Management and Qualification as Certified Accountant. Benjamim is a member of the Mozambique Association of Certified Accountants and also of the Mozambican Society of Authors. Brenjamim is Mozambican citizen, and speaks Portuguese and English. He is married and has three children.
