Clérico Constatino is a Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist at the SPPED +
As a results-driven person, Clérico brings extensive experience in monitoring, evaluation and research and supports the SPEED+ team as the Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist.
Prior to join SPEED+, he worked as Monitoring, Evaluation and Research Officer at the Aga Khan Foundation and as a Research Assistance at I-Shou University.
Clérico has been involved in developing, implementing and managing results-based M&E systems for variety of large-scale development programs. He has a broad range of skills and experience in all aspects of developing complex Performance Monitoring Plans, including project results frameworks, indicators and data collection and reporting systems.
He is competent in research design and has participated in the development and implementation of numerous baseline and evaluation surveys and in many application type research projects. Clérico is committed to data quality and always applies rigorous methodology throughout the data collection and analysis process.
He has a bachelor’s degree in Agribusiness from Africa University-Zimbabwe and an MBA from I-Shou University in Taiwan. He is finalizing his second master’s in Monitoring and Evaluation. He is single and lives in Maputo.
